5 sites that are great for organisation

It might be a little early to start talking New Year’s resolutions, but getting more organised is definitely up there for us. From keeping on top of finances to not drowning in work-related paperwork, there’s so much information we have to process each and every day.

For every aspect of our lives, there’s an app. Thankfully. So that resolution just got a whole lot easier, thanks to people cleverer than us. Here are 5 sites we’re loving now to keep us on the straight and narrow. Organisation will soon be a doddle.

1. LastPass

We’re all guilty of using the same password for pretty much everything, and let’s face it, that’s probably not the smartest idea. LastPass saves all of your passwords and remembers them so that you don’t have to, and so that you don’t have to use the same (very hackable) code for all of your accounts.

2. Asana

A project management tool that gives you one place for all of your files, group projects, and other floating information that you encounter every day. You can set reminders and keep on top of the multitude of random bits of information swamping your desk.

3. Pocket

Rather than face continual distractions and procrastination, save files to read later on via Pocket. The app enables you to save articles, work documents, emails and any files you want so that you can pull them up when you have time.

4. Any.do

Keep track of the millions of things you have to achieve every day, week, or month. This task management app allows you to sync all of your tasks, both work and personal, so that you can access your to-do lists all in one place. The group messaging system makes it great for sharing work documents and information with the rest of your team.

5. GroupMe

For those times when your phone isn’t to hand but you’re working on your laptop, GroupMe provides a private chat room for your group messages. It works on mobile and desktop, and you can reply via SMS too, not just on the app.

Now what?
