List for Life Loves: The things that made our working week FLY by!

Happy end of the week guys! We made it to the weekend! Here at List for Life HQ we’re thinking about the things that made our week run a little bit smoother and a whole lost faster.

We’re cracking open the prosecco already! Take a moment to look at the things we’re loving this week. And get some inspiration for the coming weeks’ fun.

1. Yoga

Everyone here at Time Inc UK HQ is yoga obsessed right now. I’ve tried a few different classes across London but this one at Ushvani is wonderful. In this intro class so it’s restorative but not too challenging, and you’ll learn about balancing your hormones and symptoms of imbalance. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Make sure you try the orange tea which is rich in Vitamin C.

The next workshop is on Wednesday June 22 and is 90 minutes long (18:45 to 20:30pm). Find out more here.

2. GHD Platinum (better for your hair than the typical straightener!)

These work wonders on unruly hair (and in this humid weather, we’ve all been there!) and have sped up our morning routines no end! We particularly love the slick design and how they glide through even the wildest of manes. And they are better for your hair than normal straighteners. Tri-zoneĀ® technology (yep, that does sounds very high-tech doesn’t it!) uses three sensors in each plate which delivers the ideal temperature across the hair strands. This reduces hair breakage by over 50% and increasing shine by 20%. Read more here.

3. Masterclasses at Mi & Me

The Meet the Maker Gin Masterclass this week at Mi & Me in King’s Cross was such a perfect after-work thing to do. The St Pancras Renaissance Hotel is running this series of free (!) weekly masterclasses throughout May so make sure you head down! Try a selection of North London gins from local distilleries and a range of Fever-Tree tonics (in super yummy flavours!). Find out some more info here.

4. Planning our holidays
