Start a new series that’s not on Netflix
I don’t know about you guys, but I have been known to spend hours browsing the internet deciding on the next show to watch. Wow that makes me sound like a loser, but I also know all the good shows because of it. Amazing ones right now include The Path with Aaron Paul about a strange cult, Fear the Walking Dead season 2 (yep, it’s back!), The Family which is about a boy escaping from a kidnap and coming home 10 years after he was taken.
Do some gentle exercise
As great as Kayla Itsines is, and she does know her stuff, she’s not exactly promoting gentle exercise now is she. A good alternative is Results with Lucy – fun home workout sessions that aren’t going to make you feel like you’re dying. It’s a great way to de-stress and try out some new exercises you may not have thought of – such as ballet and salsa.
Give yourself a beauty overhaul at home
My makeup collection is pretty insane. But last weekend I had a big clear out. It felt amazing. But this is also a great excuse to go out and buy new products. Not that I would ever need an excuse!
