5 toxic habits you have that are destroying your success

Today is the last day of List for Life’s Mindfulness Month, so we thought we’d look into the little changes you can make that will make you a whole lot happier. There are toxic habits that are destroyers of happiness and bringers of anxiety.

2. Toxic love

Some relationships just can’t be fixed, no matter how badly we want them to work. Sometimes you’re just with the wrong person and you need to get out. It sucks and it’s completely sh*t, but it’s true. And deep down you know it! Read the 5 signs that you should wave bye bye to your relationship for clarity.

3. Trying to fit in

Brene Brown, who you may know from the TED Talk she did, said that: “Fitting in, I’ve discovered during the past decade of research, is assessing situations and groups of people, then twisting yourself into a human pretzel in order to get them to let you hang out with them.” When you think of it like that, it’s pretty ridiculous isn’t it?!
