Remember when the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star broke Instagram with her oily bottom-baring naked cover shot for Paper Magazine? Well, with the social media site’s new anti-naked clampdown, we have a feeling that will never happen again.
According to The Wall Street Journal, Instagram is trying to put a stop to pornography and harassment by banning nudity, including close-up photos of people’s bums. How will she cope?!
This means no more full-frontal magazine shots for the most famous Kardashian in the land. But luckily, the new ban doesn’t include sexy lingerie selfies or semi-clothes ‘belfies’, so at least Kim can continue to show off her world famous asset, providing it’s in a tasteful fashion.
‘We want Instagram to continue to be an authentic and safe place for inspiration and expression… But for a variety of reasons, we don’t allow nudity on Instagram. This includes photos, videos, and some digitally-created content that show genitals and close-ups of fully-nude buttocks’, Instagram’s statement reads.
So what about Kourtney Kardashian‘s recent breast-feeding snap? Could she be breaking the new nudity rules too with her online naughtiness? Well, nope. Instagram adds that breast-feeding pics or photos of ‘post-mastectomy scarring’ are totally fine. Phew.
Talking of sexy selfies, Kim’s new Selfish book sold out in less than one minute after 500 limited edition copies went on sale online at Glit.com.
Seeing as the cover shot was of the 34-year-old posing in a sexy red bikini, we’d say there’s still high demand to see Kim in all her bootylicious glory….
