It’s finally payday, hurrah! Possibly the most exciting day of the month (let’s just say Valentine’s didn’t do it for us this year), payday is the perfect excuse to treat yo’ self (and to get your hands on our latest issue full of the best payday pieces on the high street).
And to help you out we’ve rounded up the hottest three items on the high street that you need to get your hands on. You can thank us later.
We’re totally feeling the 60’s trend this season, so we’ve treated you to a top-to-toe look that’s got that uber groovy vibe, the ideal way to indulge this payday.
First up is the gorgeous daisy print dress from Topshop. A less in-your-face nod to the psychedelic prints of the 60’s, this brocade dress is a one piece outfit wonder. The illusion waist will give you curves in all the right places, simply throw on with tights and pointed flats for instant 60’s chic.
Next are the amazing pastel pink printed sandals from Orla Kiely’s Spring collection with Clarks. The chunky block heel gives you height without losing the comfort, perfect for showing them off all day long. Wear with a pair of ankle socks and jeans for a cute daytime look or add matte black tights and a printed shift for that full on 60’s vibe.
Last, but by no means least, is the beautiful new L’Intemporels eyeshadow palette from Chanel. The most coveted item in the Look office, we can’t wait to get our hands on this totally gorge piece of beauty bling. With super concentrated pigment shadows in five jewel-tone shades, a statement eye look is easily achieved and guaranteed to last from day to night. Take notes from Twiggy and get a showstopping 60’s look using the black shade to create a feline flick, take the teal across eyelids for a smoky finish and for an extra retro oomph line lower lids with the white shadow.
