Victoria Beckham loves to keep us on our toes. After that high-drama make-up look at the Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty event, she then went and surprised us all with her totally fabulous amfAR gala outfit.
When it comes to the red carpet, it’s unusual to see the former Spice Girl in anything other than black. But for the latest fundraising event in Hong Kong, Victoria went totally off-piste in this stunning structured white dress plucked straight from her AW15 collection.
The 40-year-old designer cut a striking figure in her high-neck frock which featured a bias cut full skirt, waist tie and cut-out sides. The heavy, thick fabric and sleek lines had all the hallmarks of a mordern VB piece, and we love the total minimalism of the whole look.
Victoria finished off with a pair of white courts, and swept her hair back into a chic chignon, with flyaway tendrils teased out to create a messy, low-fuss effect.
We’re also feeling this more natural make-up look, with VB’s brushed and lightly filled brows looking totally on-point, her fresh skin glowing and just a touch of smokey eyeshadow on her top lids creating a little drama.
The event, held by the Foundation for AIDS Research charity, also rounded up fellow stylish beauties Gwyneth Paltrow and Kate Moss.
Gwyneth also opted for a cut-out panel dress, opting for a navy blue floorlength gown with statement jewel detail along the neck and on the skirt.
Kate, meanwhile, went for high voltage glamour in a black vintage dress and a look-at-me feather stole, while a huge diamond necklace and matching cuff added to the drama.
Mossy kept her make-up simple with just a sweep of eyeliner creating fierce feline flicks, and copied VB with a simple yet elegant updo.
