Since rumours began circulating around Tom Brady and his supermodel wife Gisele Bündchen’s marital problems, the pair just keep on getting stronger.
And now, the NFL player has come out and said that he would be totally lost without direction from his wife. N’aw!
After being signed as the face of watch brand Tag Heuer, Tom said his spouse’s modelling advice has been invaluable.
“She’s a lot better at this than I am,” he told People. “She should give me more advice. I should listen to her more often! That would probably be the best advice I could give myself.”
Speaking of his own personal style, he added: “She has her own recommendations, and I certainly listen, because if you’re wife doesn’t like it, then you should probably move on to something else.”
We couldn’t have put it better ourselves..
The divorce rumours came according to a report suggesting that Gisele had threatened her husband with divorce after finding out that he was involved with the NFL Deflategate scandal in which he was aware of his team’s footballs being deflated in order to gain themselves an advantage over the opposing team.
But it wasn’t long before Mr Brady well and truly put paid to the gossip. Speaking to Boston Radio Station, he said: “I’ll just say that. I’m a lucky man. I’ve been very blessed with support from my family and certainly her. There’s no bigger supporter that I have than her and vice versa. I’ve been very blessed to have an incredible relationship with my life partner. I don’t think anything would ever get in the way of that.”
Meanwhile, Gisele kept herself to herself, although her Instagram posts are more than enough to suggest that her, Tom and their two children – Vivian and Benjamin – are still going strong. Just a few days after rumours surfaced, Miss Bündchen took to Instagram to post a snap of her hubby and daughter Vivian playing football in the garden with the caption: “And my heart melts… #biggestlove #family
As for Brady’s football career, he was suspended for the duration of four games while the courts decided on a ban, but this has now been overturned and Tom will play in the opening game of the season tomorrow.
Here’s to wishing the couple a happy marriage!
