Festival funtimes are about to begin with Field Day kicking off proceedings this weekend and a summer full of major musical action getting us in a social and sartorial frenzy. This year the festival scene is all about easy boho chic – think embroidery, tribal prints and a LOT of fringing à la our super-cool street stylistas.
Blogger beauty Emma Hill has nailed the fashionable-in-a-field look by teaming her Aztec print kimono from River Island with a colour-pop frock – adding boho-cool accessories like a swishy fringed bag and distressed cuban boots for ultimate festival kudos. While street styler Naomi Rowland has given her festival get-up a grungy edge working a tie-dye maxi from Bank and embroidered vest with a tassel backpack and wide-brim fedora (the chicest way to shelter from the elements, FYI) for serious ‘I’m with the band’ vibes. Get us to the main stage, asap.
