She may only be 20, but Sam Rollinson’s already taken the modelling world by storm. She was first discovered by Select at the Clothes Show Live in Birmingham, and she first started modelling for Burberry aged 16. Since then she’s landed huge campaigns including DKNY, Balenciaga, Sonia Rykiel and Chanel Beauty, not to mention walking the runway for the likes of Prada, Balenciaga, Celine and Saint Laurent. If we’d done all that by the time we were 20, our achievement goals would now be somewhere in the region of world domination.
So what’s next for Sam? She’s now proving her worth as a model by showing she’s not just about edgy high-fashion – she’s appearing in the new A/W campaign for Label, Next’s multi-brand website. Including a mix of high-street and high-end labels, Label has previously been fronted by top mod-bods such as Jourdan Dunn and Suki Waterhouse, and Sam is the next in line to make us want to spend all our hard-earned cash.
From Coast and Whistles to Diesel and Dolce & Gabbana, Label’s got everything you could ever want depending on whether you’ve just been paid or you’re in the stages of eating toast for dinner every day (currently we’re somewhere in between). Also, Label is offering next day delivery if you order before midnight, instantly solving all our outfit dilemmas. This news makes us very happy indeed.
Talking to The Telegraph, Sam revealed that modelling for Next makes her family the most proud. Aww! She said: “When I started, I didn’t think I’d be doing this sort of thing. It’s good for showing to your nan. I feel like ‘Oh Nan, look at this French Vogue – she’s not bothered. But Next? She’s all over it. I have to send her a copy.”
