Yup, she’s done it again. The stuff of our Pinterest dreams, Rihanna has starred in no less than three different covers for W Magazine Korea’s 10th anniversary March issue. And the pics are amazing.
Shot by photographer Dennis Leupold in Korea Town, Los Angeles, Rihanna went ultra high fashion covered in head-to-toe Dior for the entire cover shoot. Opting for a more ladylike look than we’re used to seeing on Badgal RiRi, the 26 year old looked tres chic and completely beautiful.
Donning a longline yellow Dior waistcoat, masses of tribal jewellery that compliment her maori hand tattoos and a 90s inspired messy topknot, Rihanna’s first cover for W feels like The Tribe meets 1990s Versace. And we mean that in a good way, promise!
Slipping into a navy tailored coat and the cutest backless mules we’ve seen in a while (have you seen the bows?!) for her second look, we almost didn’t notice the epic use of white kirby grips in RiRi’s fringe. Criss-crossed along her hairline, the kirby grips create a lattice headband and the coolest new use for our fave beauty cupboard staple. Our minds are officially blown and we haven’t even got to the third cover yet.
Topping it all off with a super sexy all white number for her third and final cover, Rihanna’s back to her usual sultry self. A zip down dress to reveal just a little cleavage, matching brown lips and eyes (hello new season makeup look) and one hell of a smize finishes of a series of mag covers we can’t wait to get our hands on.
Check out the rest of the shoot on RiRi’s Instagram.
