Sharing a picture of her trying on Victoria’s Secret lingerie at the VS Angel Suite, Scherzy showed off her smokin’ hot body in a pale yellow push-up bra, matching lace knickers and lace and tulle garter belt. WOW.

With Nicole giving the Angels a run for their money with her toned abs and super sexy curves, we want to know how she’s been doing it. And despite telling us that her guilty pleasures are ‘pasta, cheeses, red velvet cheesecake and Kettle Chips’, she definitely puts the work in.

‘Cardio is great as it burns fat all over and tones you down, but I’d say focus on the squats, ladies’, Nicole told us about her workout regime.

‘Put the weight in the back of those heels and get a good exercise ball to do your abs on that. Also, suck in your stomach when you do your abs – a lot of people push their stomach out when they do their abs.’

Nicole’s personal trainer, Svava Sigbertsdottir, also told us that she’s a  devotee to The Viking Method.

‘A regular workout with Nicole will involve jumping, crawling and, when she’s completely out of breath, press-ups’, he said.

‘Then it’s a one-minute break before another sequence. Doing static exercise after high-intensity means your muscles need more oxygen, so you’re instantly burning more.’ Right. We’re on it.
