Looking incredible in the plunging floral gown, the 27-year-old hit the red carpet at the star-studded event in London’s One Mayfair.

The stunning black dress, which features in her Autumn/Winter collection, boasted a pretty embroidered design, which climbed the whole way up, with delicate sheer lace sleeves to complete the look.

Millie paired her signature dress with black heels, which we could just see peeking through her killer leg split.

Hot stuff, lady.

The keen beauty blogger and make-up artist left her hair in effortless loose curls and kept her glam natural with just a flash of colour on her lips.

And Millie wasn’t the only one wowing the red carpet last night, as The Saturdays‘ Frankie Bridge also looked super stylish in an all-white number.

These ladies were joined by a whole host of other stars at the glittery Marie Claire event, in association with Neutrogena, which was held to celebrate women who are changing the world of work and redefining what it means to be successful.

It looked like an amazing night.
