Miley Cyrus Accessorises With A Pig For Paper

Thought Miley Cyrus had shocked you as much as she could?! Think again.

More photos have been released from the former Disney Channel star’s Paper magazine shoot – and they’re pretty wacky.

Miley is known for her wild and sometimes controversial Instagram snaps. But, this time, it’s all in the name of fashion.

We can’t help pointing out an image of the 22-year-old posing naked with various colourful shapes scribbled across her body.

Miley’s modesty has been preserved by some carefully-preserved pig emojis. However, it’s still pretty cray-cray.

In other shots, the singer has been photographed with artwork painted across her face. And no eyeballs, apparently.

Paper is the same magazine which Kim Kardashian famously took the cover of last year. Surely you remember that Break The Internet moment

And, like Kim-K, Miley doesn’t do half measures. The blonde rock chick has gone all out, fronting the Summer issue with a lot of guts and not a lot else.

Unless you count the pig. We mean, who could miss that?

Paper Magazine shared the image with the caption: “Introducing our new #UseYourVoice Summer Music Issue cover starring @mileycyrus! Photos by @paolakudacki, styled by @twinkleswinkle #DianeMartel”

Miley, on the other hand, seems to believe that the most fitting caption is a string of pig emojis. We sort of agree with you there, lass.

In case you haven’t been formally introduced, Miley’s farmyard friend is none other than her pet pig, who goes by the name of Bubba Sue.

Shot by Paola Kudacki, the shoot sees Miley posing naked with a wide grin, and her hair slicked back into a messy ‘do. The starlet’s famous alien tattoo is visible on her finger, and she appears to have splashes of mud all over her small frame.

Paper have revealed that there’s a lot more where this comes from, stating that there’s “more absolutely insane photos of Miley”. Oh good.

> Miley Cyrus often experiments on Instagram

There is a more serious side to the cover story, though. In the issue which hits stands on June 22nd, Miley talks about her work with the Happy Hippie Foundation, a nonprofit that she launched earlier this year to help homeless kids.

This is an issue very close to the Wrecking Ball singer’s heart.

Famously, she took a homeless runaway named Jesse to the VMAs as her date. Miley had him up to the stage to collect an award for her, so that he had an open platform to speak about his experiences.

He said, “I am accepting this award on behalf of the 1.6 million runaways and homeless youth in the United States who are starving, lost, and scared for their lives right now. I know this because I’m one of these people. … I’ve survived in shelters all over the city. I’ve cleaned your hotel rooms. I’ve been an extra in your movies. I’ve been an extra in your life. Although I may have been invisible to you on the streets, I have a lot of the same dreams that brought many of you here tonight.”

#UseYourVoice indeed.
