Milan’s Rocking Python & Croc For AW14

Milan Fashion Week

has already given us lots of things to be excited about. Fendi went all sci-fi with futuristic camera drones flying above the catwalk, Katy Perry and Rita Ora appeared among all those McDonalds logos at Moschino and everyone was beside themselves about Prada just because, well, it’s Prada.

But the most exciting things we’ve seen so far have to be the shoes. More specifically, the boots in an array of exotic animal prints from the likes of Gucci and Max Mara. While the multi-coloured python styles from Frida Giannini appeared on smart Chelsea boots and knee-high styles, we couldn’t keep our eyes off the Max Mara croc-stamped flat booties. Our absolute favourites were the shimmering gold ones, but we wouldn’t say no to the black or tan variations either.

With Italian fashion super powers Versace and Dolce & Gabbana left to show their new collections, we cannot wait to see who else will take a walk on the wild side!
