Michelle Keegan Names The Wedding Gift She Loved The Most

Michelle Keegan is settling nicely into life as a wife, but she’s still remembering how gorgeous her wedding day was. And guess what her favourite wedding gift was?!

The ex-Coronation Street actress took to Twitter last night for a Q&A session, and of course, fans wanted to know which pressie meant the most to her.

So what was her answer? ‘A book of letters of everyone who I love that my maid of honour put together. I got it the morning of the wedding’, Michelle replied. What a lovely sentiment.

And the congratulatory gifts are still coming.

Mich headed to Lipsy HQ last week, presumably to chat about the designs for her upcoming collections.

But when she got there, she received some *very* sweet unexpected gifts for her and Mark, 28.

Michelle and her new hubby had been treated to personalised ‘Just Married’ and ‘Mr And Mrs Wright’ cupcakes.

They were also given what appeared to be dressing gowns with their matching surnames scribed across the back.

Michelle was clearly touched by the gesture, captioning an Instagram montage: Loving meeting and catch up at @lipsylondon head quarters today.

‘Thankyou @dahlia_shaffer and the girls for their gorgeous gifts.’

It must be strange for Michelle to be back at work after enjoying a hugely romantic honeymoon in both the Maldives and Dubai.

She and Mark returned home last week and were almost immediately back into their usual routines.

Mark is currently busy filming his new children’s show The Dengineers with co-host Lauren Layfield, which sees a team build dream dens for youngsters.

He posted a funny Instagram shot of himself and Lauren earlier today, which saw them dressed in Army-print headbands with camouflage paint smeared across their cheeks.

Mark captioned the image: ‘The Things we do for tv !! @hellolayfield #THEDENGINEERS.’

Quite different from lounging on the beach, right?
