Meet The Golden Globes’ Most Stylish WAGS

Eddie Redmayne may have picked up the Best Actor award for his role in The Theory Of Everything, Benedict Cumberbatch staged his latest photobomb during the ceremony and Matthew McConaughey was possibly using the event to trial his interesting facial hair, but the Golden Globes 2015 belonged to only a handful of women; the WAGS. Yep, the leading men’s leading ladies stole the spotlight on the red carpet thanks to their flawless fashion choices, and we’re awarding all of them with top style points.

We’ve already spoken of our love for Amal Clooney’s timeless elegance in her Dior dress, but we were also huge fans of Eddie Redmayne’s new wife, Hannah Bagshawe, and her olive-green, strapless, flowing gown. She kept her hair loose and opted for minimal make-up, proving that less is often so much more. Eddie’s fellow Brit actor Benedict Cumberbatch announced his engagement to theatre director Sophie Hunter last year, and the pair recently confirm news of her pregnancy. And if her red carpet look is anything to go by, her maternity style is swoon-worthy.

Sophie opted for Erdem, one of her firm favourites, for her turn at the Golden Globes. Her opulent floral frock was the perfect choice (it had pockets, people!), while she added some serious bling thanks to those Neil Lane jewels. That’s some excellent work from the Brits, we’re sure you’ll agree.

But we also clocked Channing Tatum’s wife, Jenna Dewan, repping the US in her breathtaking, lemon gown by Carolina Herrera, accessorised with a metallic Jimmy Choo box clutch. The strapless, architectural design was a definite highlight, as was her dance-off with husband Channing at the Weinstein after-party. Well, they did meet on the set of Step Up, after all.

Congrats on the awards/films/beards and all guys, but we reckon it’s your better halves that deserve all the credit. Check out all the best looks in our Golden Globes gallery- trust us, you won’t be able to stop yourself.
