Kylie Jenner made sure all eyes were on her at Vera Wang’s New York Fashion Week Show yesterday.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians lady, 18, was at the event to watch her big sister Kendall on the catwalk – but it was her outfit that got everyone talking.
Kylie was sporting a quirky gold mini as she sat FROW-side alongside BFF Jordyn Woods.
She’d paired the piece with thigh-high black boots, a pink wig and a pair of oversized sunnies. Hmm. Not sure they were needed indoors in the middle of February, Kyles!
Further ensuring Kendall didn’t steal the spotlight on the runway, Kylie also announced some exciting news on Instagram.
She teased a new colour from her Lip Kit, captioning a snap of herself and Jordyn in their seats: ‘I’m wearing candy and koko and Jordyn may be wearing a new @kyliecosmetics color ;).’
Ooh. We like.
But let’s talk about Kendall. She looked incredible as she modelled a monochrome thigh-split piece from Wang’s AW16 collection.
The 20-year-old was rocking this season’s hair choker trend, tucking her brunette locks into the collar of her white shirt to give the illusion of a soft bob.
This isn’t the first catwalk the hair choker’s been seen on. Spotted in shows including Christian Dior and Marc Jacobs, the beauty trick transforms your loose locks into a seriously stand-out style statement.
The edgy look may not be to everyone’s taste, but we can imagine that it could work as a simple and easy alternative to fastening your hair into a pony – instantly adding some catwalk-worthy style points, too.
Would you try it?
