Kendall Jenner’s Secret Workout Regime Revealed

Kendall Jenner has been spilling her workout regime to Vogue. And with summer fast approaching (hello, bikini bod), we’re all ears.

The 19-year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has one of the most recognisable bodies in the industry, thanks to her strutting down pretty much every Fashion Week catwalk over the past year.

But while she may have been born with those endless legs, those honed abs are definitely the result of some hard slog at the gym. So how exactly does she get them?

Speaking of her four-times-a-week sessions with Gunnar Peterson, a Beverly Hills-based personal trainer who has also worked with Angelina Jolie and Jennifer Lopez, Kendall said:

‘I do whatever he tells me to do. Some cardio, some muscle-building to tone myself up.’

‘I’ll run to a gym and get on the treadmill,’ she added. ‘I [also] do a lot of ab work and planking.’

Kendall added that she requires a banging playlist to get her going on the treadmill, and lists brother-in-law, Kanye West’s ‘All Day’ and ‘Mercy’ along with Drake’s ‘0 To 100’ among her most motivating gym tunes.

And what about her diet? Kim Kardashian‘s little sister’s admitted she loves to snack on apples and keeps her energy up by eating ‘a clean diet with loads of fruits, vegetables and lean proteins.’

Well, sounds simple enough to us. Now, where’s our Kanye album..?
