Jennifer Aniston Denies Affair With Matt LeBlanc

So. This is probably the oddest Jennifer Aniston news we’ve heard in quite a while. The actress has been forced to DENY once having an affair with her Friends co-star Matt LeBlanc.

Wait. What?! As in Joey and Rachel?

> Jennifer Aniston and Matt LeBlanc starred in Friends together for 10 years

Yep. It all started when Matt’s estranged father Paul reportedly told US magazine Star that Jen, 46, and 47-year-old Matt had embarked on a romance between 2000-2005.

This is before Jennifer had divorced Brad Pitt and when Matt was still married to ex-wife Melissa McKnight. Eek!

> Jennifer Aniston was still married to Brad Pitt when the alleged romance took place

‘He even had a relationship with one of of the [Friends] girls… Jen,’ said Paul, 73.

‘They would make out in the dressing rooms. He told me about it – it was when she was married to Brad Pitt.’

However, Jen was pretty unimpressed with the rumours. Her representative later spoke out to set the record straight.

‘I have commented in the National Enquirer and others. It’s 100 percent false. Jennifer has never had a romantic or sexual relationship with Matt LeBlanc,’ the rep told Metro.

> Matt LeBlanc was married to Melissa McKnight until 2006

Perhaps there were some crossed wires between fact and fiction?! After all, the pair’s Friends characters *were* enjoying a pretty controversial on-screen relationship at the time.

In seasons 9 and 10 – which aired between 2002-2004 – Joey and Rachel hooked up for several episodes. However, things soon fizzled out between them as they decided they were better off as pals.

> Jennifer Aniston is now loved-up with Justin Theroux

Away from recent speculation, Jen has been loved-up with her fiancé Justin Theroux since they met on the set of comedy flick Wanderlust in 2011.

Matt split from ex-model Melissa in 2006 before dating his Joey co-star Andrea Anders for several years.

Cor. Imagine what Ross Geller would say if he heard about all of this?! Cue… ‘I’M FINE.’
