Blender/food processor

Chopping board

Small mixing bowl

Once measured out, place the almonds, walnuts (or alternative), ground flax seed and chia seeds into your food processor or blender.

Blend for 1 minute, until a light flour forms and the nuts have crumbled. (If you have a nutribullet, you will need to use the ‘milling’ blade for the nuts, or the equivalent for all other blenders).

Measure out the remaining ingredients and add to the mixture. (Make sure all your dates have been pitted before adding).

Blend everything together for another minute until a sticky dough has formed.

Once you have reached your desired consistency, use your hands to roll the mixture into little balls, place in a bowl and store in a fridge to enjoy at your leisure!

Et voilà! You’ve just created the perfect melt-in-your-mouth healthy snacks to satisfy all your sugar cravings! We challenge you not to eat them all at once..
