It’s been a week of glamorous events, fashion parties and catwalk shows, and the fashion elite have been out in full force.
With the Golden Globe Awards on Sunday, red carpet fever has well and truly hit us, and we’ve been hanging on to every glitzy gown, sparkling piece of jewellery and sky high pair of heels.
Of course, one of our supermodel sweethearts, Cara Delevingne, had to get in on the action, arriving to the after party to celebrate the night’s big wins, and of course pose for a press snap or two on the carpet. Standard.
Her dress of choice was suitably show-stopping, by designer Thierry Mugler, with a plunging halter neck line to the waist, and a corresponding front split up to the thigh.
But wait, we’ve seen this little number before.
That’s right, it’s the very one that fellow model royalty Georgia May Jagger was seen rocking last year. Eight months ago, to be exact.
The daughter of Mick Jagger wore her double slit design to the MET Gala, on the very day that it was announced that she would be the new face of Mugler’s Angel campaign.
They each put their own style stamp on the gown, with Georgia keeping it simple with neautral make-up hues and no accessories, and Cara opting for slightly more drama in the beauty stakes with a deeper lipstick tone and a bronzed eye, complete with a personalised initial necklace.
We love that these girls aren’t afraid to share.
The real question on everyones lips is: who wore it best?
We’ll leave you to decide.
