Rain? What rain? We’re too busy designing our own O’Neill bikini set to notice the dreary weather! Californian fashion brand O’Neill have launched their brand new mix and match swimwear collection – 40 different pieces, which can be worn in over 190 combinations! With a wide range of shapes, prints and colours, and even reversible styles, you can pick and choose your own set, with prices starting from £19.99. And the best news? There are a whopping 13 different cuts for tops and bottoms, meaning there’s a swimwear for every shape.
LOOK Fashion Assistant, Hannah Eichler shares her top swimwear shape tips:
Pear shapes: Use patterned separates to draw the eye upwards, away from your bum and hips. Look for balcony-style tops with wide straps to balance out your shoulders and hips.
Petite: Look for swimsuits with small, subtle prints that won’t drown your figure. A ditsy floral print is ultra feminine and will suit your frame.
Slim: Horizontal stripes will broaden your frame at the hips and chest. Opt for a halterneck strap to create a V towards your cleavage and boost your bust.
Tall: Look for styles with waist detailing, such as a tie or belt to draw attention to your narrow waist.
Apple: A swimsuit with tummy control panels will help smooth your silhouette and define your stomach and waistline.
