David Beckham Just Won Something Totally Amazing

If there’s one man that springs to mind when we think sexy, it’s David Beckham. And apparently we aren’t the only ones who think so – American showbiz mag People have just crowned Mr Becks as 2015’s Sexiest Man Alive.

Yep, the former England captain was unveiled as the winner of the award on Jimmy Kimmel’s talk show this week, and we couldn’t be happier!

David said: “It’s a huge honour and I’m very pleased to accept.

“I never feel that I’m an attractive, sexy person. I mean I like to wear nice clothes and nice suits and look and feel good, but I don’t ever think of myself that way.”

When asked if there was anyone he would like to thank, Beckham said: “My parents, my hairdresser, my stylist and Photoshop.” N’aww, we’re sure the last part isn’t true Becks.

To mark the occasion, we’ve put together a list of the top five times Becks has lived up to his title..

1. Coming in at number one has to be those H&M underwear campaigns.

Featuring the 38-year-old mega hunk in nothing but a tiny pair of briefs, the shots are enough to make anyone go weak at the knees.

2. He is the best Dad to four of the most adorable children ever.

While we’re totally in love with the whole Beckham brood, watching David bond with his children makes us want to snog his face off. Sorry.

3. His entire football career.

Who wouldn’t appreciate a hunk of love like Becks running around a pitch in a sweaty, hot mess?

4. When he was tapped as the face of Belstaff.

He looks just as god-damn beautiful in clothes, as well as without them. Phwoar.

5. His sense of humour.

For his H&M campaigns, Becks stars in a series of hilarious vids alongside Comedy Kings James Corden and Kevin Hart, proving that as well as good looks, he’s not afraid to make a fool of himself.

In short, our point is that Becks really does deserve his accolade. Congrats, David!
