Comic-Con 2015 has given us seriously juicy insights into some of the most highly anticipated films of the next year. From Suicide Squad to Batman Vs Superman, here are the films we now cannot wait for.

Suicide Squad

With the likes of Jared Leto, Cara Delevingne, Margot Robbie and Will Smith making up one of the most glamorous casts of any superhero movie ever, we were already excited about this one. That was before the Comic-Con footage was leaked on the internet – and was then officially released – now we don’t think we can wait for the August 2016 release date.

Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice

We still have to wait until March next year to see the epic film where Ben Affleck and Henry Cavill go head to head as Batman and Superman. The two stars are joined by the likes of Amy Adams, Jessie Eisenberg and Gucci girl, Gal Gadot in what is sure to be a major blockbuster. The film is the second installment in DC Comics’ shared universe and will be the first time these two superheroes appear in a live-action film together.

The ever-so-handsome Ryan Reynolds leads the cast in this amazing Marvel/20th Century Fox movie in which Wade Wilson – who has been left with new abilities after being subject to an experiment – tries to hunt down the man who destroyed his life. Although the trailer hasn’t been officially released, leaked footage is all over the internet and it has made for major excitement. We’ll have to wait for February 2016 to watch this flick though.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens

Undoubtedly one of the biggest films of the year, Star Wars fans were treated to a surprise appearance from Harrison Ford, but unfortunately will have to wait until the autumn to see a new trailer. The film is due out this December and Comic-Con did show this behind-the-scenes footage to keep fans hanging on a little longer.

Fantastic Four

With the film due for release in August, the anticipation is amping up massively and the release of the final trailer has done nothing to slow that down. Kate Mara, Miles Teller and Michael B Jordan are amongst the amazing cast who play four youngsters travelling to an alternate universe who are forced to harness their new powers and come together to help protect earth.
