Cheryl Fernandez-Versini may be busy with The X Factor – but she still has time for her friends.
The 31-year-old headed to the London press show of Elf: The Musical last night, where she watched her BFF Kimberley Walsh take on the role of Zooey Deschanel’s movie character Jovie. Aw.
She arrived on her red carpet with fellow Girls Aloud singer Nicola Roberts. The ladies both looked amaze, with Cheryl working a two-tone dress by Herve Leger.
The piece featured a corseted bodice and asymmetric beige and black panels. She’d paired it with nude courts and a black Balmain blazer.
Her brunette lob had been styled into its signature bouncy blow-dry, while she’d been made up with classic smoky eyes, peachy blusher and a natural-coloured lip gloss.
Meanwhile, Nicola perfected wintry chic in a mauve ensemble. On her top half was a high-necked vest top, but the stand-out piece was a full-bodied checked maxi skirt.
She finished off her look with a loose ponytail, black tights, studded heels and a slick of red lipstick. Miaow, lady.
So did Cheryl and Nicole enjoy the show? Well, it would seem so.
According to Yahoo!, the girls watched Kimberley from a swanky private box. And they got VERY into things, wooping and cheering as their pal appeared on the stage.
It may have been a teeny bit disruptive, but we can’t fault them for being such good mates.
Cheryl later took to Twitter to congratulate Kimberley, writing: ‘So proud of you @KimberleyJWalsh you were amazing !!!! Congrats to all the cast and crew. great job #elfthemusical.’
After taking her final bow, Kimberley got the chance to join her devoted friends at the after-party.
The 33-year-old had swapped her fur-trimmed costume for a glamorous red gown, matching it with gold accessories and statement crimson lippy. Wowzers.
Good luck for the rest of your run, Kimberz!
