The 32-year-old stepped out at the London Coliseum in a custom-made Topshop design – and it made one serious statement.
Cheryl’s bespoke floor-length gown featured a sheer material and a revealing thigh-split. Miaow! But what made it really special was the embellishments placed across the bodice and skirt.
Elegant yet eye-catching, this bejewelled pattern gave her ensemble a really cool 20s feel.
When it came to her accessories, Chezza had managed to expertly work a pair of over-the-knee textured boots from Sergio Rossi.
She’d gone for simple jewellery (she must’ve wanted THAT dress to do all the talking), sporting cute drop earrings, a thin metal choker and a selection of rings.
She’d been made up with classic smoky eyes, coral lips and a sweep of bronzer. Her brunette locks had been teased into a boho-style plaited bun, with loose front sections framing her face.
Cheryl arrived on the red carpet with her fellow X Factor judge Nick Grimshaw, who mixed dapper with quirky in a black suit and leopard-print shirt.
But there was someone else Cheryl hung out with backstage that caused quite the stir. She was snapped cuddling up to Lily Allen, hinting that they’ve finally put their long-running feud to rest.
The pair have been caught up in an on-off war of words since 2006, when Lily gave the name Cheryl Tweedy (Chez’s maiden name, remember?) to the B-side of her debut single Smile.
The 30-year-old later said that she was being ‘ironic’ and that ‘nobody wanted to look like’ Cheryl, before the Geordie star hit back by calling her a ‘chick with a d***’. Uh-oh.
But Lily – who looked gorgeous in a metallic Chanel creation yesterday – admitted last year that she regretted their bickering, and now they appear to be friends again.
Phew. We knew we’d get there in the end, ladies!
