The 33-year-old shared a snap over the weekend that caused total mayhem to arise on Twitter, because, THAT STOMACH.
Standing beneath a ‘Caution’ sign during a sunny hike in the hills wearing pink polka dot shorts and a white sports bra, the mum-of-two beamed as she showcased her impossibly fit and toned bod.
‘You never know what caution you’re gonna get in the wild, ‘ Britney captioned the image.
And it seems the star, who recently unveiled a fresh new bob haircut, is feeling more body confident than ever, if her new video is anything to go by.
Britney’s new single Pretty Girls, featuring Iggy Azalea has just aired on Vevo, and we have to say – Brit’s looking seriously sassy.
Working crimped hair, leopard print crop tops and hot pink lippy, Ms Spears takes OTT ’80s style to the next level. But there’s one undeniable star of the show… Britney’s abs. (Sorry Igg!).
But while Britney’s looking amazing right now, it hasn’t come without plenty of hard work.
‘I start with 20 minutes of intense cardio – usually running – move on to light free weights, body-weight exercises such as push-ups, squats and sit-ups, then finish it off with a stretch,’ Britney told Women’s Health.
And she also swears by one particular workout that’s a whole lot more fun than sweating on the treadmill. ‘Dancing,’ she named as her secret fitness tip. ‘It’s a great cardio workout.’
