Bottega Veneta Throws Back To The ’60s For AW15

It seems like the ’60s and ’70s aren’t going ANYWHERE folks.

We can’t say we’re dissapointed either.

Bottega Veneta debuted their Autumn/Winter collection on the catwalk in Milan today, and we were buzzing to see even more nods to eras past. Yup, it seems like everyone’s at it.

This time, it’s spots. Perfectly aligned metallic dots were the order of the day, just like those associated with the space age fashion trend of the ’60s.

Covering shirts, tops, coats and two-pieces, the print was a repeated theme throughout the collection.

And of course, we had to have some ’70s thrown in for good measure, with wide leg trousers, A-Line shapes and burnt orange hues.

It all came together seamlessly, as if watching the time evolve between the two decades.

If you’re feeling inspired to throwback your own wardrobe – we don’t blame you – we’ve made an edit of the best ’70s vibe pieces on the high street.

Groovy baby.
