Khloe Kardashian’s Best Bum Exercise Is Here

If you’ve always dreamed of owning a Khloe Kardashian-style bum, then now’s your chance.

The 31-year-old has helpfully shared her ultimate booty workouts on her website, in a new Khlo-Fit video called ‘The One Exercise You Need to Boost Your Booty.’

First up – squats.

We know Khloe loves her squats – in fact, she once admitted that she’s probably done over 10,000 (we can believe it). 

‘For sure, I’ve done way more than 10,000 [squats] and I’ve earned every one of those squats!’, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star told Complex. ‘Squats and stairs and lunges are my best friend. I’ve done a sh*t ton of squats!’

And now you can recreate her favourite move.



In the video, using a Bosu ball, Khloe holds a squat on the unstable surface in order to work her core and butt. ‘Your core is gonna fire, and your legs are going to work different muscle firing patterns to stabilize your position which make the muscles more efficient,’ Khlo’s celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson explains.

Don’t have a Bosu ball? Balance on a stack of towels or a pillow instead.

Next up, the slide-board ab workout. To do this one, you’ll need to place your hands on two sheets whilst on all fours and slide your upper body in and out. 

‘The key is on the way back, not to drop the hips and butt back so you disengage,’ says Peterson.
