There’s no denying that Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting has an AH-mazing figure.
The Big Bang Theory actress, 29, is rocking incredible abs, suped-toned pins and impressively muscular arms. But she admits it hasn’t been easy for her to achieve her ideal shape.
It took Kaley a long time to realise ‘what works for my friends doesn’t necessarily work for me’ – and now she credits her enviable physique to one particular discipline.
She’s a huge fan of yoga and does the majority of her work-outs in classes such as Yoga Sculpt, which see her wearing 3lbs weights while practising her moves.
‘I’ve never worked so hard to look good for something in my entire career,’ Kaley tells Shape.
‘I love being toned and having muscle; it’s so sexy and beautiful. And I owe it 100 percent to yoga.’
Kaley also attends sculpt classes. These ‘include 20 seconds of mountain climbing or jumping jacks between the poses, so I get cardio, too.’
Away from the yoga mattress, Kaley has been majorly loved-up with her hubby Ryan Sweeting since they married in a romantic New Year’s Eve ceremony in 2013.
But she’s confessed that their eating habits were a teeny bit unhealthy when they first got hitched.
The couple stored naughty ‘bedtime snacks’ in drawers by their bed, which were (understandably) VERY tempting. However, she’s since totally overhauled her eating regime and cut out ‘mindless eating’.
‘We had boxes of stuff that only a 4-year-old would eat,’ jokes Kaley, who now only allows herself the odd cheat day.
And it seems it’s worked. Kaley’s lost 6lbs in three months, which amounts to a whole jeans size. This is something that the stunning blonde is very happy about.
‘I’m the type of girl who’s always had to buy jeans in three sizes because I never know what my body is going to do from one day to the next,’ she says.
‘I don’t want to go back to what I was doing.’
