For defined abs and a toned torso, we’re turning to SandBell classes (the latest fitness fix to arrive in the UK). It’s a dynamic, weight-focused class using sand-filled weights (a cross between dumbbells, medicine balls and kettle bells). A typical 45-minute group class involves a lot of ‘slamming’, ‘smashing’, ‘dropping’ and ‘throwing’, but thankfully, you can start off on 3kg sandbells (very manageable, compared with the more hefty 12kg ones!).
If it means we can look as hot as Jessie, we’ll see you at the gym!
