Here’s What Jennifer Aniston’s Breakfast Looks Like

Jennifer Aniston is one of the biggest poster girls in showbiz for healthy living.

With that all-year round tan, those sought-after silky locks, and that trim and toned body (that just never seems to age), it’s not hard to see that this A-list lady looks after herself.

But if you were imagining that the 46-year-old lives off a strict, vegan, paleo, no sugar no salt no fun diet (kind of like model Gisele), well, think again.

In a new interview with Bon Appétit , the former Friends actress has revealed exactly what she eats day-to-day, and we have to say, it sounds pretty damn delicious.

1) The smoothie: ‘Sometimes it’s a smoothie – bananas, cherries, a protein powder of some sort, almonds, cacao powder, and all sorts of other weird antioxidant stuff I can’t remember – with almond milk’, Jen says. 

2) Avocado on toast: ‘Other times I have eggs over-easy – I crack them into a bowl and I’ll add a white or two into that and pour it all into the pan to get more protein sans too much yolkage. I’ll have that with avocado toast sprinkled with olive oil and salt and pepper.’

3) Oatmeal: ‘The other option is oatmeal with egg whites whipped into it right at the end.’ Protein-rich, all of them, but also pretty tasty sounding too… We’re with you, Jen!




If you read about the Taco Cleanse recently, you would also have heard that Jennifer Aniston was a BIG advocate for it. Perhaps it’s no wonder that one of her favourite light meals is a tasty taco, then. ‘I’m gonna go soft taco. A meat-y taco with beans with guac’, she says.


Despite that incredible figure, Jen’s favourite dinner recipe is actually PASTA. Yep, you heard right. ‘Pasta is the only [signature dish] I really, really like to do’, she says. ‘The one I make all the time is a lean carbonara. On the pasta, I put eggs, cheese, turkey bacon, and a little sautéed red onion and garlic. It’s simple – no cream, no butter, no oil, no nothing. Sometimes I’ll add a little pasta water if needed.’ We feel so much better about our carbs obsession right now…

When it comes to drinks, Jen admits she’s no saint, giving in to her daily coffee – I usually have just one cup a day. That’s it’ – and her favourite cocktail. ‘Definitely Bloody Mary’, she says. Phew!


If you thought Aniston was all about 24/7 clean eating, you’ll be pleased to her she has her fair share of naughty snacking vices just like the rest of us. In fact, her favourite guilty pleasure is tortilla chips. ‘Homemade, really good, fluffy-crispy tortilla chips’ dipped in guacamole. Mmm. And as for dessert? ‘Frozen yogurt. For flavours: Vanilla or chocolate or coffee. And toppings? Granola, if there is any to be had.’ Nice choice, lady.

Guess what Jen’s favourite childhood meal was? Don’t even try, because it’s so weird, you definitely won’t guess right. ‘When I was a kid, one of my delicacies was white bread with a generous amount of mayonnaise’, Jen admits. She’s a secret mayo on toast fan? We never would have guessed…
