It’s a well-known fact that Gwyneth follows a strict healthy lifestyle and she’s disclosed that an essential part of her routine is kick starting her day by whizzing up a smoothie.

In New York to promote her new Goop skincare line (an all organic range, obvs), the queen of green showed a selection of beauty editors her new products as well as how to make her morning drink of choice.

“I really am a smoothie person. I love making a morning smoothie and then will drink some coffee and will not eat at all before lunch,” Gwyneth said.

So, what will you need to make this smoothie? Well, the ingredient list reads like some sort of magic potion. We have no idea where you would purchase cordyceps, ho shou wu and ashwagandha. And don’t get us started on the inclusion of moon dust. Apparently Gywneth mixes up between using brain dust, beauty dust and sex dust. Right…

Makes one breakfast smoothie:

1 cup almond milk

1 tablespoon almond butter

1 teaspoon coconut oil

2 tablespoons vanilla mushroom protein powder

1 teaspoon maca

1 teaspoon ashwagandha

1 teaspoon ho shou wu

1 teaspoon cordyceps

1 teaspoon of moon dust of choice 

Pinch o f Himalyan sea salt

Pinch vanilla powder

To make this morning bevy you simply need to combine all ingredients in a blender and blitz to combine.
