Whether you want a sheer, medium or full coverage: we've got the tools to help you!
When it comes to wearing foundation, you don’t always want the same finish. Sometimes it’s all about getting that glowy no-makeup look, and other times you might want a photo-proof finish. But did you realise that how you apply your foundation can actually totally change its coverage?
How To Apply Foundation Three Ways
- For A Sheer Finish = Use A Make-Up Sponge
If you want to create a super sheer, glowy finish then your best friend is a damp make-up sponge or beauty blender. Squirt a pump of foundation onto the back of your hand and then dab it gently onto your skin.
2. For A Medium Finish = Use A Fluffy Brush
If you want a medium coverage (perfect for night’s out) then use a fluffy brush. Real Techniques have great, densely packed brushes that are perfect for a seamless finish. Use large circular motions and don’t forget to blend all the way down your neck, too!
3. For A Fuller Coverage = Use A Flat Brush
For a full coverage (great for covering acne scars or spots) a flat foundation brush is best. Pat the brush into the product and then sweep over your face.
Viola! How to apply foundation… three ways!
