We just cannot get enough of the gorgeous Chrissy Teigen here on the LOOK beauty desk. She has her fingers in so many pies; not content with just being a top model, she co-presents Tyra Banks’ new talk show FABLife, and has recently announced that she’s expecting her first baby with husband John Legend. Oh, and talking of pies, she runs her own food blog over at sodelushious.com and is basically a master in the kitchen – we’ve spent far too long drooling over her foodie Instagram posts. And did we mention she’s got a cookbook in the works?
In a recent interview with Allure.com, she gave us a few foodie insights. ‘The link between beauty and food is different for everyone. I believe good skin starts in your gut (ew) but sometimes the mere change of me juicing or eating ‘clean’ can make my skin act up too.’
‘I had the most fun developing the recipes for my cookbook – the kitchen became a mad scientist lab. Giving classic dishes a Chrissy-spin was really fun – I believe every single part of a dish should have a ton of flavour and be able to stand on its own. When I need to whip up something quickly, my go-to dish is seared scallops on a bed of whatever veggies I have’.

And her favourite thing to snack on? Forget dry kale and pumpkin seeds… ‘Sour candy, Tim’s Cascade Jalapeño Chips and Pepperoncinis’. Although, maybe not all at once, Chrissy.
