LOOK’s Zoe Aird brings you the Style Director’s Hot List, a weekly edit of the hottest fashion tips. This week there’s the best exhibition to visit, a lust-worthy high street fashion colletcion about to hit Topshop stores and the return of a classic top – don’t miss out!
The new trilogy set to give Twilight a run for its money. The girls on the fashion desk are addicted (even if you do find it in the teen dept of the bookshop). The movie is out in March too. Get set to meet Katniss: our new kick-ass heroine crush.
The latest hot-bag unveiled by VB on Twitter just before her AW12 show and named, of course after her too-cute for words daughter. Better start saving now.
No, not polo neck – the polo top of the button/collar variety. VB sent them down her catwalk, and we’ll be getting ours from Warehouse.
Matthew Williamson has collaborated with Sainsburys (we didn’t see that one coming) to create this ‘Bag for Life’ canvas shopper. It comes in three different colour ways and at least £1.50 from each purchase goes to Comic Relief.
K-Mid turned up to the opening night wearing that Jesire tweed coat. If Freud was still alive maybe he’d have painted her first royal portrait (though he did do Kate Moss in the nude so maybe not entirely appropriate). Now she’ll be stuck with Rolf Harris.
OK I might be a little behind the program here, but having just bought a De Longhi one at the weekend I’ve got to say WHAT a revelation. These things are absolutely brilliant and the coffee the best I’ve ever tasted. I exaggerate not.
Love this – its holiday style perfection – literally summer in a bracelet.
Topshop are on fire at the moment. First they reveal their New Gen t-shirt collection and now they’ve basically got London’s hottest designer of the moment to create this. Super cool.
I love this website – it full of designer pre-loved (posh word for second hand) gems.
The second of my favourite websites this week. This amazing store is filled with unique fashion pieces that shout ‘designer’ but are actually affordable.
