The Billboard Music Awards is a star-studded annual ceremony that celebrates the best in the music biz, hosted in Las Vegas.
It was a big night for fashion, with Balmains’ Olivier Rousteing walking the entrance runway with model army favourites Jourdan Dunn and Kendall, fresh from the announcement of his H&M designer collaboration. November 5th, ladies, get that in the diary. We’ll race you to the checkout.
This year’s big celebrity news was the highly anticipated confirmation of Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris’ relationship. Although the pair entered alone, they weren’t afraid of showing off some very heavy PDA once inside – yay! This has got to be one of our favourite A-list couplings in a very long time.
Iggy Azalea also turned heads by debuting her brand new chopped ‘do – complete with a fuschia pink dip dye. And who can forget Rita Ora’s barely-there gown? Custom made by Fausto Puglisi, the striking white cut-out dress is a real show-stopper, and didn’t waste any time in accentuating the singer’s ample curves.
Jennifer Lopez is fast becoming a connoisseur of the sheer dress, and her latest choice did not disappoint. Taking style notes from Kim Kardashian and her Met ball frock-of-wonders, the Latina lady rocked up to the Billboard Music Awards in a white and nude gown, with glitery embellishments to cover her modesty. As always, our Jen looked flawless. Time to give the rest of us a chance, eh J-Lo?
In other news, it was also the first event to see a Zayn-less One Direction. Sob.
Take a flick through our round-up of the best dressed superstars to hit up this year’s Billboard Music Awards, and let us know who wins your fash’ prize…
