Way to ruin our Saturday nights, then...
Spoiler alert: apparently the results of this weekend’s X Factor were leaked online… over 7 weeks ago!
The six chair challenge is quickly becoming our favourite part of the show and we can’t wait to watch as Simon, Louis, Nicole and Sharon turn Wembley stadium into chaos with the brutal selection process.
With the judges whittling their acts down to just half a dozen, we can expect a whole load of boos from the audience as contestants battle it out to secure a place at the judges’ houses.
But it turns out some viewers might already know who made it through this weekend’s episode, as one blog post let slip months ago. Oops.
According to The Sun, the names of who makes it through the six chair challenge were posted online by a blog associated with one of the acts.
Way to ruin it guys.
Although none of the hopefuls have been named (thank god), the message reportedly revealed who made it through to the judges houses and even hinted who might be making it to the live finals. Oooerr.
The post apparently said: “We think they’ll be in the final… You heard it first here folks… Keep an eye out for more updates!”
After X Factor bosses caught wind of the leaked news it was immediately deleted, but the agency has more than 25k followers and has been live for the past 7 weeks, so that’s a lot of peoples Saturday nights ruined.

And there’s set to be even more drama this weekend, as the Mirror reports that big boss Simon Cowell gets seriously fed up with fellow judge Nicole as she struggles to choose her final boys.
The newspaper said: “At one point, Nicole even makes the boys sing AGAIN because she couldn’t decide what to do.”
And Simon wasn’t the only one getting irritated with the former Pussycat Doll and after being “heckled” by the audience, she told the crowd, “You guys are making this really hard!”
With this weekend’s show set to be a dramatic one, we’re just glad we didn’t accidentally stumble across those leaks!
