Apparently The Weeknd Has Always ‘Had A Thing’ For Selena Gomez

After THOSE kissing pictures emerged on the internet, some of the singer's lyrics have been doing the rounds on the internet...

We couldn’t quite believe our eyes when pictures of Selena Gomez and The Weeknd, real name Abel Tesfaye, found their way onto the world wide web last night. And they were KISSING.

We mean, if you didn’t get multiple screenshots sent through to your WhatsApp and a load of social media tag notifications, we don’t really know what you were doing.

Bella Hadid came face-to-face with her ex at the latest Victoria’s Secret show…

Anyway, The Weeknd’s ex girlfriend Bella Hadid is now said to have unfollowed Selena on Instagram. Well, she and Abel did only break-up a few months ago, so it’s got to be a little painful to see him moving on. And with a fellow member of Taylor Swift’s girl squad, no less.

But now it’s been pointed out that there’s a mention of a girl named ‘Selena’ in his track Party Monster, which was uploaded to YouTube a few weeks ago.

The words also reference an ‘Angelina’, so let’s not get too ahead of ourselves. But we’ll just leave the lyrics here and let you make up your own mind.

I’ve seen her, I knew she had to know
I’ve seen her take down that tequila
Down by the litre, I knew I had to meet her
Ooh, she mine, ooh girl, bump and grind
Ooh, she mine, ooh girl, bump a line
Angelina, lips like Angelina
Like Selena, ass shaped like Selena

Uh-huh.

What’s more, a source has told E! News that the Starboy singer has ‘always had a thing for Selena’.

The source alleges, ‘He thinks she is extremely talented and sexy. They recently started talking before the holidays but she has been on his radar before. They are on the same level with expectations and think the other is really fun.’

As far as the PDA is concerned, the source told the publication that they ‘wanted to keep their relationship a secret’ at first, but adds that ‘they’ve decided they really don’t care if everyone knows about them.’

The source finished, ‘They are taking things slow and getting to know each other.’
