Uh-oh. This Morning has landed itself in a bit of trouble – and it’s all thanks to a grammar error.
Eagle-eyed viewers definitely weren’t impressed when they spotted a rogue apostrophe in a caption on yesterday’s show.
Much of the programme had been dedicated to the Queen, what with it being her 90th birthday and all.
So during one segment, hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield chatted on the phone to an artist who’d once painted her famous dogs. All nice and innocent so far, right?
But unfortunately, a caption popped up on screen reading: ‘Lindsay – I was commissioned to paint The Queen’s corgi’s.’
Erm. The corgi’s… what? Of course, fans were quick to take to Twitter to point out this error.
One wrote: ‘@itvthismorning Somebody needs to go back to school! *corgi’s* #HappyBirthdayYourMajesty #thismorning.’
Another said: ‘#ThisMorning “corgi’s”?! This woman was commissioned to paint The Queen’s corgi’s what exactly?’
Oh dear. We can imagine someone may have got a stern talking to backstage shortly after…
Other Queen-related pieces saw Holly and Phil place bets on what colour outfit Her Majesty would be wearing during her birthday walk around Windsor (she chose lime green).

They also ate cake and drank cocktails made in her honour.
Aw. Happy belated birthday, Queenie!
