Business Insider have just released a definitive list of the top 10 jobs to have in the tech industry as chosen and moderated by the people who work in them.

This ranking was determined by median base salary, number of average job openings and how many opportunities it can open up for you in the future – all of these factors were condensed into a general ‘job score’.

10. Software Architect

As simple as it sounds, this person’s job is to design large and complicated software for commercial purposes.
