It appears that the internet rumours surrounding McDonald’s secret menu are actually true. And we’re reeling and drooling at the same time. Just look at those pictures (at least it’s lunch time)…
In an AMA thread on Reddit, a Manager of a Glasgow franchise of the fast food chain confirmed the existence of the mythical creature that is a McDonald’s secret menu.
The quote that has shaken the ‘nets beliefs to the very core said: “You can order from the ‘Secret Menu’… Just like with any of our sandwiches, you can add, remove or change ingredients by special request. These are called ‘grill orders’ (ie Big Mac no pickle).”
Mac-D’s for lunch, anyone?
Apparently, the specialities that are included on the secret menu were not invented by anyone at McDonald’s, but by random people that are offering ideas of how you could ‘hack’ a traditional burger. All of these – and so so much more – can be found at hackthemenu.com.
The unicorn of the fast food world, we would really have to see it to believe it, AKA head down to our nearest Maccies with a list (in order of preference) of these mutant burgers to sample.
We’ve included a few that will now feature on our McDonald’s Bucket List.
McDonald’s Secret Menu: Land, Sea And Air Burger
This mammoth treat ticks all the boxes: land (beef), sea (fish), and air (chicken).
To create this monster yourself, you can order a Big Mac, a Filet-O-Fish, and a McChicken Sandwich. Then, put the Chicken and Filet-O-Fish patties inside the Big Mac.
McDonald’s Secret Menu: McGangBang Burger
It’s not as scary as it sounds (thankfully).

The trick is ordering a McDouble Cheeseburger and a McChicken from the saver menu. The chicken burger is then sandwiched inbetween the double burgers.
McDonald’s Secret Menu: Monster Mac
Think Classic Big Mac, but with EIGHT burgers.
You can check out the full menu here.
If you try to order any of these, be sure to let us know.
