Royal Baby Photos: Kate Middleton To Tweet Personal Snaps Of George?

Kate Middleton and hubby Prince William are reportedly planning on sharing the first family photos of royal baby Prince George on Twitter, instead of opting for a traditional portrait unveiling.

In another break with tradition, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge won’t be hiring a top celebrity photographer (previously rumoured to have been fashion fave Mario Testino) to take the first official posed photo of the future King. Instead, the royal couple are planning to release a selection of personal snaps taken by them at home.

“One of the options they are looking at is releasing a couple of family photos they have taken themselves,” a royal aide confirmed to The Mirror. The new parents reportedly then plan to post the baby photos on social media via a tweet from Kensington Palace’s official account as early as next week.

Could K-Middy have been taking parenting pointers from Kim Kardashian? Just yesterday, it was revealed that her and Kanye are planning on doing exactly the same with their newborn and revealing the first photos of baby Nori online.

Reports suggest that the Twitter snaps will be selected by new mum Kate, who previously worked as a photographer for her parents’ Party Pieces business. “Kate has a great eye for pictures and wants the first official ones of George to be natural and in a relaxed environment”, the source continued.

If you need a hand sifting through those baby snaps, Kate, we’re your girls!
