If you’ve always wondered how on earth Rosie Huntington-Whiteley got that incredible body, well, you’re about to find out.
The 29-year-old model is known for her never-ending pins, toned arms and trim waist that we often see striding down the catwalk. Oh, and there’s also that incredible lit-from-within skin.
But if you thought she was simply born that way, think again. Because Rosie follows one seriously strict diet plan to achieve that supermodel-standard bod.
Speaking to InStyle, Rosie reveals that she’s recently had a healthy eating overhaul, and is now following the advice of famous naturopath, Nigma Talib, who also treats celebs such as Sienna Miller and Charlotte Tilbury.
‘Recently I decided to try a diet plan by a doctor called Nigma Talib’, Rosie told InStyle. ‘She believes that good skin and wellbeing starts in the gut.’
Rosie went on to explain that her new plan means she’s had to cut out ‘sugar, dairy, gluten and alcohol’ (crikey). And as we’d imagine, it’s not been easy.
‘I’m not going to lie, its been brutal’, Rosie admitted. ‘[But] I’ve been doing it for six weeks and I feel fantastic.’
However, this type of restrictive diet is definitely not for the long-term, with Rosie adding that she will soon be relaxing her strict regime (for her sanity).
‘It’s certainly not something that would be realistic to keep up all year round’, she said. ‘I’ll definitely be re-introducing some cakes and some cheese and some wine here and there!’
As well as thinking more carefully about what she’s putting into her body, the Victoria’s Secret model has also been working her muscles with a regular fitness regime.

‘I love to exercise and I’ve been a big fan of Body By Simone’, Rosie said, which is a mix of high intensity exercise, dance and Pilates.
‘It’s definitely the toughest workout I’ve ever done, but by far the most fun, and I’ve seen the most incredible results.’
