The rapper has revealed that there are no bad feelings between him and his ex, Millie Mackintosh, after releasing those controversial lyrics for Eye On The Door...
Professor Green has found himself in the headlines over the past week, ever since he dropped the lyrics for his new song Eye On The Door.
The lyrics, written about the not-so-happy times during his marriage to Millie Mackintosh, were pretty explosive, and led many people to believe that the former couple were on bad terms.
However, the rapper took to the Sunday Brunch sofa to set the record straight. And he revealed that actually, him and Millie still talk!
Rubbishing rumours that there’s bad vibes between him and his ex, Pro (aka. Stephen Manderson), said: ‘A divorce is hard enough to go through without having to go through stuff that has been exaggerated or fabricated, but the [media] try and make everything I do or say about her.’
‘But we just laugh about it behind the scenes’, he added.
Going on to reveal that him and Mills still regularly speak on the phone to ask how each other’s families are doing, the Read All About It singer added: ‘We’re cool.’
He added: ‘The media would like it if we were at each other’s throats – it would be more entertaining… but we’re cool man!’
Aw. We’re so glad to hear this – especially after it was rumoured that Millie ripped up her £4,000 Alice Temperley wedding dress to seek revenge on Stephen.
According to The Sun, the former Made In Chelsea star used her former bridal gown as a Halloween costume last weekend, even pouring fake blood on it as a signal to her ex.
‘She ripped it to shreds and covered it with blood splashes. She even joked she wished it was Stephen’s blood’, a source told the publication.
‘Millie was joking that she was glad she had finally found good use for it!’.
