We’re sending huge congratulations to Pippa Middleton today… she’s ENGAGED!
Yep. Kate’s younger sister is now officially the fiancée of hedge fund manager James Matthews – and she’s rocking one impressive ring to boot.
The 32-year-old and and her hubby-to-be – who’ve been dating for around a year – confirmed the news in a statement, revealing that they’re planning to marry next year.

It’s believed that James popped the question on Sunday, reportedly during a romantic summer trip to the Lake District.
And traditionally, the 40-year-old asked Pippa’s father Michael for permission for his daughter’s hand in marriage before proposing. Aw.
A friend of the couple was quoted as telling the Daily Mirror: ‘James is a traditionalist and very much wanted to do things properly. That meant first getting his future father-in law’s consent.’
It’s not just Pippa and James who are celebrating. The whole Middleton clan are ecstatic, with Michael saying that he that he his wife Carole are ‘absolutely thrilled’ with the news.
He added: ‘They make a wonderful couple and we wish them every happiness together.’
Kate and Prince William are also ‘absolutely delighted’, according to a Kensington Palace spokesman.

So who is James? Well, he’s actually the older brother of a pretty famous face. Watch Made In Chelsea? Then you’ll recognise the surname.
