Pippa Middleton kicked off the Christmas season by opening a designer sale at the Red Cross charity shop in Chelsea yesterday.
The Duchess Of Cambridge’s sister wore a gorgeously festive red coat from Kate Spade as she cut the red ribbon. She teamed her coat with black tights and black suede pumps, and we’re secretly hoping she was hiding a Christmas jumper or dress under her coat.
Pippa had been invited to open the designer sale, which offers second hand bargains from the likes of Chanel, Alexander McQueen and Dior.
Shop volunteer Norma Buhler said: “It was such a pleasure to meet Pippa. She was so sweet, it is so amazing of here to come and do this for the Red Cross – she said she often walks past and looks in and she wanted to do something for us.”
Aww! And it seems Pippa isn’t the only Middleton lady who’s thrifty. Kate Middleton stopped by a boot fair in Wales recently, where she haggled with a stall owner to pick up some bargainous antique vases.
Love it, ladies. See you on our next bargain hunt! RM
