Millie Mackintosh Has Some Solid Girl Advice To Share

Millie Mackintosh would make a great girl BFF, we’ve always thought. And now she’s provided us with actual proof.

We caught up with the 24-year-old former Made In Chelsea star to talk about her new Xbox Fitness project, and Mills soon revealed how her and her gal pals have been helping each other to look their best.

The gorgeous beauty blogger, who who recently revealed her biggest body hang-up, told LOOK that her and fellow fitness fanatic/TV presenter Laura Whitmore have grown close over their mutual love of planking.

‘We’ve got a little gym crew together now’, Millie revealed. ‘I think it’s really good to get involved in exercise with your friends because it shows you don’t just have to go out boozing to have fun with each other. Plus you all leave feling really great.

We should really give that a try. We need all the help we can get when it comes to tackling those power plates…

Millie also revealed what advice she gives to her friends when they come to her with body worries.

‘I do have friends coming to me saying that they’d like to look better, but that they don’t really know where to start or what they’re doing wrong’, she said. ‘I always tell them to take small steps. It’s very hard to go cold turkey and suddenly live off no sugar and no carbs, so I say make realistic goals.’

So what are Mrs Manderson’s top tips for living a Millie-style healthy lifestyle?

‘Swap things up in your cupboard, so instead of buying regular sugar, try coconut sugar. Instead of buying a loaf of white bread, replace it with wheat-free rye bread. There are so many good alternatives out there and that way you’re never left starving.’

*Makes notes*. See, told you she was full of gems. Who needs a PT when you’ve got Millie on speed-dial?!
