Has Love Island’s Tom *Really* Been Stealing Terry’s Tweets?

Fans have accused the Welsh lad of nicking his jokes from his fellow Islander...

Ooh. It looks like things are getting pretty serious between two of the Love Island couples.

Both Terry Walsh and Tom Powell have met their girlfriends’ parents this week – and, of course, documented everything on their social media accounts.

Love Island Terry Emma Relationship Trolls

Terry and Emma have taken the next step in their relationship

Tel’, 28, was the first to be introduced to partner Emma-Jane Woodham’s mum and dad, Tweeting yesterday: ‘Just met @emmajwoodhams parents… 1 black eye 3 teeth down we’re all good! Na bants rele nice and welcoming [sic].’

And 19-year-old Emma was clearly impressed with how well her man did, adding: ‘Couldn’t have gone better ??.’

Then a few hours later, it was Tom’s turn to be introduced to Sophie Gradon’s family. Afterwards, he told fans: ‘Just got home from meeting ‘s parents…. No black eyes or thick lips.. Think it went pretty well.’

Sophie, 30, responded: ‘Just a belly full of food and lots of hugs from Minnie the puggle.’

So everything was cool for both lads, right? But unfortunately for Tom, 24, he ended up in a bit of trouble. And no, not from Sophie’s parents, but from his followers. Eep.

They couldn’t help noticing that his Tweet was pretty similar to Terry’s, with comments including: ‘ just copying tbh,’ and: ‘Exact same thing terry tweeted  … who looks the silly billy now ha ha [sic].’

Hmmm. We’re sure it was just a coincidence. We mean, the boys spent weeks together in the villa… perhaps they just picked up each other’s sense of humour?!

Luckily, the majority of messages were positive. One fan wrote: ‘Think u n Sophie make a lovely couple,’ while another said: ‘Glad to hear! Really hope you 2 stay the course.’

We couldn’t agree more.
